Law Firm Seeking Experienced Workers Compensation Attorney in Southeast Georgia and Northeast Florida

We are currently seeking a full-time Workers Compensation Attorney to join our team in one of the following locations: Atlanta, GA; Brunswick, GA; Gainesville, FL; Jacksonville Beach, FL; Jacksonville, FL; Ocala, FL; Orange Park, FL; Valdosta, GA; or Waycross, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of Workers Compensation cases from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Opening new files and maintaining regular contact with clients
- Conducting thorough investigations and gathering relevant information and documents
- Verifying insurance coverage and liability issues
- Managing clients' medical care and scheduling appointments
- Monitoring case status and reviewing medical records
- Organizing and maintaining case files
- Communicating with insurance companies, clients, and medical providers
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Workers Compensation
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent customer service, time management, and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Discretion in handling confidential information
- Comfortable working on the phones for extended periods of time
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- JD from an accredited university and GA Bar Admission
