In this role, you will be responsible for managing billing for assigned attorneys, clients, and e-billing sites, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

As a Client E-Billing Representative, you will play a crucial role in the firm's daily billing operations. Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating all aspects of billing for assigned attorneys, clients, and e-billing sites in accordance with firm policies and procedures
- Managing all aspects of electronic billing through client e-billing sites and BillBlast
- Reviewing, editing, and processing pre-bills
- Communicating with billing attorneys and legal administrative assistants
- Providing first level technical support for the billing system
- Maintaining accurate documentation of e-billing changes for audit purposes
- Processing monthly invoices and handling rejections and adjustments
- Performing related duties as assigned
