Corporate / Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys in finance, mergers and acquisitions, sales, joint ventures, securities filings, diligence (including UCC and IP lien) review, preparation of schedules and exhibits, closings, and other transactional work. Should preferably have 10 years law firm experience. Big law experience is a plus. Experience in corporate, finance, and real estate matters, including entity formation, drafting entity documents, governance, and state and federal filings is a plus. Knowledge of relevant California and Delaware corporate law is required.
