Job Title: Bilingual (Spanish) Case Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Engage daily with existing and potential clients both over the phone and in person to provide support and gather necessary information.
- Order medical records from healthcare providers and maintain communication with clients and providers throughout the treatment process.
- Collect documents required to substantiate injury and liability claims.
- Communicate with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to obtain records and account balances.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and work on reducing outstanding medical balances with providers.
- Collaborate with multiple coworkers involved in managing and supporting case files to ensure a cohesive workflow.
- Maintain organized case files for easy access and reference.
- Prepare comprehensive demand packages and assemble supporting documents for submission to insurance carriers.
- Interact with attorneys and present case summaries as needed to facilitate legal proceedings.
- Manage case files from initial intake to closure under the guidance of an attorney.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned to support the business needs.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager is preferred.
- At least two years of experience in a legal position or as an insurance adjuster is preferred.
- Strong negotiating skills are essential.
- Ability to work as part of a team and adhere to procedures.
- Proactive in interactions with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
- Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision.
- Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Extensive computer and database expertise, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and typing at least 35 words per minute.
