The law firm of AF Monogram is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team in White Plains, NY. With over 110 attorneys and a commitment to providing quality counsel and personalized service, we are a vibrant and busy full-service law firm looking for a skilled paralegal to support our Litigation Department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drafting and formatting legal documents such as discovery demands, motions, and notices
- Filing court documents in both state and federal courts
- Managing court dates and deadlines
- Maintaining a high case volume and staying organized
- Utilizing MS Office, Adobe, West Law, Pro Law, and Timekeeping applications
- Communicating effectively with clients and maintaining strong customer relations

Requirements:

- At least 5-7 years of experience as a paralegal
- Experience with drafting legal documents and filing court documents
- Familiarity with MS Office, Adobe, and legal software applications
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle a high case volume
- Excellent communication skills and polished presentation

Salary and Benefits:

- Salary range of $50k-$70k
- Medical, dental, and 401k benefits offered
