Job Title: Intake Trainer
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to deliver training programs for new and existing Intake Specialists, ensuring they understand department processes and procedures.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-integrated into the team and understand their tasks.
- Maintain and update policy and procedure documents on the SharePoint site, ensuring timely revisions and accuracy.
- Develop job aids and other instructional materials to help Intake Specialists understand and follow processes.
- Compile and update the training manual and employee onboarding guide to reflect current practices.
- Assist in documenting any new policies or procedures, ensuring clear and concise communication with all relevant staff.
- Collect feedback from trainees and other stakeholders to continuously improve training programs.
- Monitor and report on the progress and performance of trainees, identifying areas for improvement.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure training materials are aligned with overall firm objectives and compliance requirements.
- Ensure all training programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and address ongoing training opportunities for the Intake Specialists team, providing training on various topics as needed to support their continual learning and development.
- Perform Intake Specialist role (Tier 1) when training preparation or training delivery obligations are not scheduled.
Education and Experience Information:
- Education: High School Diploma required. A degree in Adult Learning and Education is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of one year of experience required as an Intake Specialist. A strong background in performance-based metrics is essential. Experience with Case Management software is a major plus.

Expected Work Hours and Setting:
- This is a hybrid position that will alternate between trainer and intake specialist responsibilities.
- The work primarily takes place in an office setting characterized by a high-volume and fast-paced environment. On-site training is expected for weeks at a time.
Physical Demands:
- The position requires the ability to lift boxes and/or pull a mail cart weighing between 25 and 40 pounds.
- Additionally, it involves long periods of sitting while performing computer-related tasks.
