**Members Only**, a leading international law firm, is seeking an experienced IP Litigation Staff Attorney to join their team in either their DC or San Francisco office. The ideal candidate for this position will have 6-8 years of experience and a strong background in patent litigation. They should also possess strong organizational and writing skills, as well as a desire to excel in a law firm environment. A science degree at the undergraduate level is also preferred. Experience with trial, motions, depositions, expert reports, and discovery management is highly desired, and experience with PTAB and ITC is a plus.

Salary Information:
- Good Faith Base Salary Range: $160,000 - $270,000 per year
- Actual Salary Offered Dependent on Factors Such as Experience, Education, Bar Admissions, and Overall Qualifications
