With offices in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Seattle, New York, and Washington ., we represent a diverse range of clients in federal jurisdictions and the Patent Office. Our attorneys have a deep understanding of technical and scientific fields, allowing us to develop innovative strategies for successful outcomes.

Job Description:

We are looking for candidates with one to six years of patent litigation experience to join our high tech and life sciences practices in various office locations. Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills are a must. While a background in these fields is preferred, we welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds and industries.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $235,000 - $390,000, depending on qualifications and experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance. Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and bonuses is available upon request.

Qualifications:
- One to six years of patent litigation experience

- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
