Responsibilities:

- Work on energy projects, specifically focused on energy offtake agreements including renewable energy power purchase agreements, corporate PPAs, energy storage offtake agreements, and more.
- Collaborate closely with clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide exceptional legal services and advice to clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends.
- Participate in firm training and mentoring programs.

Qualifications:

- 4-8+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
- Admission to the State Bar of the office location.
- Passion for innovative work in a dynamic environment.
