**Members Only**, a leading defense litigation law firm with over 1,250 attorneys in 44 offices across the United States, is seeking a Medical Malpractice Associate Attorney for their New York, NY office. Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a caseload of medical malpractice claims
- Work closely with other attorneys, team members, and Partners on legal projects
- Attend court appearances and depositions
- Communicate with clients and provide status reports
- Opportunity to handle COVID-related lawsuits
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in NY
- 1+ years of defense litigation experience
- Experience in medical malpractice preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Salary Information:
- Pay range: $115,000 - $175,000 USD
- Final salary wages may vary depending on experience, education, and other factors
- Eligible for discretionary bonuses
