- Participate in training and development programs to enhance HR skills.
- Shadow experienced HR professionals to gain practical experience.
- Support HR team members in ad-hoc projects and special assignments.

Qualifications:

- Rising Junior or Senior currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Self-motivated with a high attention to detail.
- Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
