**Members Only**, a top law firm, is currently seeking an experienced New Business Intake Coordinator to join our team. This is a remote role with a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $80,000. We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated individual with at least two years of NBI/Conflicts experience, preferably in the legal industry. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is also preferred for this position.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the daily workflow of the firm, running conflict checks, making client matter adjustments, and assigning client matter numbers. You will also be responsible for completing detailed conflict of interest reports, consulting the NBI Reference Manual, and maintaining system integrity and database clean up. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to train and mentor new NBI hires, staff, and attorneys on NBI policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintaining daily workflow and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times
- Running conflict checks and consulting the NBI Reference Manual for proper procedures
- Assigning client matter numbers and affiliations for all client matters
- Notifying attorneys of any issues in the matter opening process
- Processing Dunn and Bradstreet reports and maintaining system integrity and database clean up
- Completing exiting attorney reports and requests for attorney to close client/files
- Processing all client matter re-openings and maintaining client and employee confidences
- Taking initiative to train and mentor new NBI hires, staff, and attorneys on NBI policies and procedures
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing tasks

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of NBI/Conflicts experience, preferably in the legal industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in MS Office applications and computerized conflicts/workflow software
- Excellent analytical and research skills
- Good judgment in determining when assistance is needed in communicating with attorneys and legal assistants
- Ability to compile, review, determine, and communicate conflicts issues based on a variety of information
