Special Counsel - Insurance Litigation & Transactional Liability

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support for both insurance litigation and transactional liability matters
- Analyze complex legal and factual issues and identify potential legal exposures
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda to advise clients on claims and transactional risks
- Review corporate transaction documentation and due diligence materials for legal risks
- Manage high-value, complex cases independently with strong litigation and brief writing skills
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in both litigation and corporate legal matters
- Strong knowledge of insurance-related legal risks and transactional legal exposures
- Excellent academic credentials and references
- Ability to handle an 1,800 billable hour requirement
- Potential for remote work
