Job Description

- Full-time position in our Washington, . office
- Minimum of four years of tax and/or transactional experience or similar professional experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated interest in the nonprofit sector
- Competitive compensation and generous benefits package

Salary Information

- Annual base salary for associates ranges between $115,000 and $250,000, based on assigned year level
- Eligible for annual nondiscretionary incentive compensation of up to 25% of base salary
- Offers of employment and assigned year level dependent on candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience
