Litigation Paralegal The candidate will provide support in all areas of personal injury case management involving motor vehicle accidents leading to successful outcomes for the clients. Effectively manage a case load of 50-75 cases. Accurately draft demand letters, pleadings, discovery and various motions. Continually communicate with clients, counsel, experts, and courts. Audit cases for all expenses (medical bills, case expenses, LOP providers, subrogation liens). Accurately maintain case management data in Needles (case management database). Prepare trial documents and assist with trial preparation. High school or equivalent experience is preferred. College degree or comparable paralegal certification and experience is required. Should have 2+ years of experience required in a plaintiff's personal injury law firm, 5+ years of experience preferred. Trucking experience is preferred.
