About the Role:
Join a nationally recognized plaintiff-side firm experiencing hyper-growth and doubling in size, now with over 40 attorneys and 110+ total staff. We are aggressively expanding our employment law and class action teams, offering multiple attorney opportunities at various levels of experience.
This is a rare chance to work alongside some of the most respected legal professionals in the industry—handling complex class action litigation, wage & hour cases (PAGA, FLSA, misclassification, OT, timekeeping), antitrust, consumer, and mass torts.
We’re Hiring Attorneys Who Have Experience In:
- Employment law, with emphasis on wage & hour and class action cases
- Brief writing and legal research with submission-ready samples
- Taking and defending depositions
- Arguing motions and participating in hearings (ideal for senior roles)
- Managing caseloads independently and collaborating within legal teams
- Leading or mentoring junior/mid-level attorneys (for senior positions)

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Licensed to practice in California
- Minimum 1+ year of wage & hour or class action experience
- For senior roles: proven management experience, trial involvement, and comfort with large caseloads
- Team player with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Candidates with a mixed background (plaintiff & defense) are welcome to apply, though plaintiff-side experience is strongly preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range (Based on Experience):
- Junior: $120K – mid $200Ks
- Mid and Senior: Highly competitive and negotiable
