Job Title: Lateral Associate - Corporate - M&A/Private Equity (LA)
Salary Range: $310,000 - $420,000 annually

As a lateral associate, you will have the opportunity to advise corporate clients and private equity funds on various transactions and general corporate matters. Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and other similar transactions
- Draft transaction documents and manage deals effectively
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Take on a high level of responsibility and work with autonomy
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience handling M&A transactions
- Strong understanding of corporate law and market terms
- Significant experience in drafting transaction documents and managing deals
- Driven personality and business development-oriented mindset
