Private equity and finance experience is a plus, but not required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $305,000 to $340,000 annually for this position. Actual pay may vary based on experience and other relevant factors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and advice to clients on corporate matters
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Participate in negotiations and transactions
- Manage and supervise junior associates and support staff

Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in a corporate law firm setting
- Strong knowledge of mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and securities
- Excellent drafting, writing, and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and people
- Superior academic credentials
- Admission to the CA bar is preferred

Salary Information:
- Minimum: $305,000 annually
- Maximum: $340,000 annually
