- Experience with emerging e-commerce and gig economy legal issues is preferred but not required.
- Required deposition and motion practice experience.
- Trial experience is preferred.
- Superior analytical skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Sophisticated technical skills are necessary.
