The ideal candidate will have experience handling general liability, premises liability, and/or construction defect matters. Experience with trucking and transportation is a plus.

Responsibilities:
• Conducting legal research
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Handling court appearances and depositions
• Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance representatives
• Preparing for and attending trials and arbitrations

Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Casualty defense litigation
• NJ bar admission required
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle a large caseload

Salary Information:

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $120,000 depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, the firm offers multiple financial bonus opportunities throughout the year.
