Job Title: QuickBooks Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including performing clerical tasks and data entry, with potential growth into a bookkeeping role.
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and writing checks per client disbursal.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Filevine to manage financial data.
- Support tax preparation processes by organizing necessary documents and information.
- Assist with governmental accounting requirements as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

Education and Experience Information:
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks and Filevine, is preferred.
- Experience in personal injury accounting is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members, providers, and clients.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.

Salary Information:
- Pay: - per hour
