Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for the White Collar practice group
- Collaborate with practice group and firm leadership to support day-to-day operations
- Serve as a liaison between different departments and offices to support cross-departmental initiatives
- Manage talent and promote attorney development and diversity initiatives
- Support the firm's free market system and identify opportunities for new work
- Work with professional development team to develop practice-specific trainings and CLE programs
- Partner with marketing and business development teams to support the firm's business development efforts
- Identify and drive process improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, . and White Collar practice experience preferred
- 3+ years of experience in practice management or 8-10 years in a White Collar practice
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Comfort with data analysis or willingness to learn
- Creative thinker with a high degree of initiative
