Service Paralegal The candidate will be launching and completing the service process, preparing and filing returns of service, motions, and other materials with the courts, and carefully documenting and reporting work tasks and results. Experience and knowledge of Service of Process in civil actions is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated to learn.
