Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist and support all aspects of a heavy litigation practice. Handle the multiple and varied responsibilities of case management and trial preparation; including drafting and analyzing legal documents, performing legal research, and working with discovery documents in a fast-paced team environment. Should be highly motivated and possess 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in a regional or national law firm setting. Should possess a working knowledge of the California/Federal Rules of Civil Procedures and California Statutes, and be able to effectively. Prior trial and multi-state experience are a plus. Should have the ability to develop rapport with clients, maintain strong working relationships, exhibit meticulous attention to detail, and produce an accurate and high-quality work product are essential. Strong organizational and communication skills and a working knowledge of computer applications and litigation support systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Relativity are preferred.
