**Members Only**, PLLC, a prestigious law firm with multiple offices, is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Remote Immigration Attorney for their offices in Florida, Maryland, DC, and Virginia. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of immigration experience, be a great communicator and team member, and possess good business acumen.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate case and legal strategy
- Manage multiple cases and deadlines
- Prepare and revise court documents
- Conduct legal research and write motions, briefs, and memoranda
- Keep abreast of legislative changes and judicial case law
- Market the law firm's services
- Handle court hearings and trials

Qualifications:

- . from an ABA Accredited Law School
- Active Bar License in Good Standing from any US State or PR
- Authorized to work in the US
- Fluent in Spanish
- 5+ years of immigration experience
