Responsibilities:
• Meet with potential new clients

Salary Information:

We are currently seeking highly motivated and qualified attorneys for various offices. Immigration experience is highly recommended, but we also welcome lawyers with experience in other legal areas who are interested in transitioning to the immigration field.
Experience and Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position will be a great communicator, team member, manager, and self-starter. They must also possess good business acumen and a desire to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, and high-growth practice. In addition, candidates must have the ability to handle a fast caseload, conduct day-to-day interactions with clients and potential clients, manage a team of paralegals, meet deadlines, and be available to their clients and the firm's partners as needed. Organizational skills and project management are essential to the success of this role.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work one Saturday a month with the potential for bonuses for new clients signed during those days.
You will also be responsible for cross-selling various other practices within the law firm, handling court hearings and trials, and becoming an expert on Family Petitions, Asylum, Individual Hearings, SIJIS, U-Visas, Waivers, and more.
