Job Title: Legal Assistant - Labor and Employment

Job Responsibilities:
The Legal Assistant will support attorneys in the Labor and Employment team, handling both litigation and advisory services in state and federal courts. Key responsibilities include:
- Formatting pleadings, briefs, and legal correspondence
- E-filing documents in state and federal courts
- Calendaring deadlines and court dates
- Preparing expense reports and entering attorney time
- Communicating with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
- Supporting attorneys with various work styles and preferences
- Reviewing documents and adding redactions as needed
- Researching and cite-checking
- Reviewing and preparing documents for production

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in high-volume Labor and Employment litigation. Experience should include supporting attorneys in both litigation and advisory matters, particularly in areas such as leave laws, HR policies, and employment-related issues arising from mergers and acquisitions.

Salary Information:
The position offers competitive compensation, typically ranging from $87,000 to $100,000, depending on experience. Candidates with pay expectations outside this range are still encouraged to apply. Bonuses are provided in recognition of individual and firm performance.
