Job Title: Business Immigration Counsel
Job Responsibilities:
- The primary responsibility of this role is to review immigration petitions for a comprehensive range of . employment visas.
- The attorney will be part of a collegial and collaborative work environment that emphasizes growth, utilizing innovative technology and customized resources.
- The role involves continuous skill-based training and professional development.
- Although the position is remote, the attorney is expected to participate in the annual in-person all attorney retreat.
- The attorney will have access to the law firm's extensive learning and development resources.
Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates must possess a degree.
- They must be licensed to practice law and remain in good standing in their primary place of work or residence.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in practicing business immigration law as a licensed attorney is required.
- Experience in a high-volume business immigration practice group is essential.
- Candidates should have outstanding academic credentials.
- They must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize, and initiative in case management.
- Proficiency in research, writing affidavits and briefs, proofreading, editing, reading comprehension, and time management is crucial.
Salary Information:
- In accordance with the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities Act, the expected salary range for this role is $140,000.
