Salary information:
Salary range: $100,000 - $115,000
Actual salary dependent on location, experience, and skillset
Annual discretionary bonuses based on performance
Profit-sharing contributions based on eligibility and firm profitability

Experience information:
5+ years of Data Platform experience
Associate degree or equivalent technical education (preferred)
Experience in a legal environment or professional services (preferred)
Experience with Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Semantic Models, Pipelines, etc.) (preferred)
Experience with SQL DB design and maintenance
Experience with Transact-SQL
Experience with Programming objects (Views, Triggers, Stored Procedures, etc.), Optimization and Performance Tools, Replication and Security
Familiarity with IntApp Integration Builder and IIS(Boomi) (preferred)
Experience using and building SSIS packages to gather and normalize data to/from various systems
Ability to develop SQL structures that support high volumes and scalability using RDBMS’s
Ability to model and design modern data structures, SQL/NoSQL databases, Cloud Data Warehouse
Experience building transactional databases
Experience with all versions of Windows
Experience using and developing in Power BI, on-prem and online
Knowledgeable in best practices guidelines from Microsoft, VMware, and storage vendors
Knowledgeable in Azure SQL cloud offerings
Knowledgeable in database security
Understanding of disaster recovery terminology and design
Experience migrating SQL servers, on-prem and to/from cloud offerings
Responsibilities:
Monitor systems performance and capacity, identifies, tests and coordinates data platforms, suggested improvements/upgrades and verifies results
Ensure adequate security
Prepare regular status reports for manager regarding progress towards achievement of objectives
Write and analyze queries, object oriented and/or scripting languages
Design and implement end-to-end engineering solutions for business opportunities
Build tools that enable the team to scale and effectively monitor the data environment
Install, deploy, and maintain data management tools
Create robust automated procedures to ingest and process structured and unstructured data from source systems into analytical platforms
Implement custom processes using tools such as SSIS, CozyRoc, Intapp Integration builder, Boomi, and other tools as required to address use cases
Engineers and supports data structures including but not limited to SQL databases
Engineer and maintain ELT processes for loading data
Leverage best-in-class tools to deliver modern data solutions
Support application and web teams’ development by writing stored procedures and other SQL queries/views
Research data questions, identifies root causes, and interacts closely with business users and technical resources
Performance tunes queries and stored procedures to keep databases and applications optimized
Identify technical obstacles and works closely with the team to find creative solutions
Possess ability to grasp new technologies rapidly to progress varied initiatives
Work with vendors as necessary to effectively integrate systems and data regardless of technical challenges or business environments
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
