The Ideal Candidate:
- Has a minimum of two years' experience in IP law
- Familiar with Hatch-Waxman litigation
- Preferably has graduate-level training in chemistry
- Licensed in good standing in the resident state
Job Responsibilities:
- Wholly litigation-focused or a mixture of litigation and prosecution-related work
- Advising on all aspects of IP law, including clearance, procurement, and litigation
