Job Responsibilities:
- Join the risk management and insurance practice within the department at the law firm.
- Work on a wide variety of risk management and insurance matters across the law firm's global platform.
- Act as "insurance problem solvers" for the entire firm, offering solutions and expertise.
- Engage in the negotiation and placement of insurance programs, including custom programs.
- Manage and monitor claims across various coverage lines, including Directors and Officers (D&O) insurance, Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance, cyber insurance, and transactional insurance.
- Utilize strong writing and communication skills to effectively convey complex insurance concepts.
- Collaborate with team members and work independently as required.
- Think creatively to solve problems and develop specialized expertise in risk management and insurance.
