Collections Analyst
The candidate will work with firm Attorneys to establish contact with their clients as it relates to delinquent Matters. Be integral in establishing relationships with the Attorneys and their clients to assist in managing the inventory portfolio. Contact clients for payments, establish payment arrangements/settlement, conduct reconciliations of accounts, generate related reports, report analysis, and communication between Clients, Attorneys, and firm management. Should preferably have a college degree or equivalent work experience in credit and/or collections instead of a degree. Should have 4+ years of experience in collections in a professional services environment or equivalent experience with Global 500 companies. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with MS Excel and Word is required.
