Paralegal The candidate will require support in fast-paced probate, business, and litigation practices; will have: high attention to detail, perseverance, and great work ethic, personable with clients, team player, organized, paralegal skills/training, and typing skills at a minimum of 70 wpm. The position will include preparing documents for filing with the court, assisting in drafting and reviewing transactional documents, researching property records and related documents, some legal research (experience with Lexis preferred), researching local court rules and procedures, and filing documents with the court clerk; enjoys using new technology in the work environment and has computer proficiency on email, word processing, spreadsheets, document management system (preferably NetDocs) and Microsoft Office. Advanced computer skills would be ideal. Must be detail-oriented.
