Family Law Paralegal The candidate will provide overall support to the attorneys' business needs and will do whatever is necessary to meet deadlines. Conduct research to support legal proceedings. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents such as motions, contracts, and agreements. Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes. Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Record and store client information. Provide administrative support for attorneys in court and at the offices. Should have 2+ years experience as a paralegal in a Family Law firm. Bilingual skills are a plus.
