Litigation Assistant/Paralegal The candidate will be maintaining calendars and calendaring deadlines; filing pleadings with state and federal courts, drafting of correspondence and some pleadings, setting depositions, client contact, and scanning/filing. Must be very organized, and needs to be able to handle a fast-paced litigation practice with multiple lawyers. Medical knowledge is a plus. Should have 5+ year of PQE.
