Job Title: Quality Control Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Review the work of Intake Executives, including initial consultation notes, case information, and appointment schedules.
- Enter pertinent client information into the law firm's client management system and gather documentation as needed.
- Verify that all information is accurate and complete, with a keen eye for detail.
- Identify any errors or discrepancies and work closely with the Intake Executives to resolve them promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality control reviews.
Education and Experience Information:
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is necessary; however, a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in quality control, data analysis, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail are required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary.
- Familiarity with personal injury law and the legal process is a plus.
Salary Information:
- The salary for this full-time position is between $20 - $23 an hour.
