Are you a highly skilled attorney with a passion for appellate law and a desire to work on high-profile cases? Responsibilities:
- Briefing and arguing appeals in courts at every level, including the . Supreme Court, federal courts of appeals, and state courts
- Assisting with bet-the-company and industry-changing appeals
- Providing "appellate eyes at trial" by focusing on key motions and issue preservation at the trial court level
Qualifications:
- Excellent legal research, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Experience as a judicial clerk, preferably for a federal or state appellate court
- Completed JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
- Highly motivated and proactive with a desire to work in a team-oriented environment

Compensation and Benefits:
- Expected salary range between $260,000 and $390,000
- Comprehensive and competitive total compensation package, including health benefits, retirement plans, and paid time off
- Eligibility for annual discretionary merit bonus based on Firm and individual performance
