Summary:

Law Firm McGuireWoods LLP is seeking a Paralegal Manager to oversee corporate paralegals and serve as a firm resource. This full-time position offers a salary range of $109,599 to $166,996 and is available in multiple locations including Baltimore, Richmond, Charlotte, Chicago, Los Angeles, Washington DC, New York, and Tysons. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience as a supervisor in a law firm environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee corporate paralegals, case assistants, and legal support employees
- Plan and coordinate work assignments
- Monitor utilization of corporate paralegals and case assistants
- Develop and administer training and development curriculum
- Generate and analyze management reports
- Cultivate positive relationships with department chairs and paralegal coordinator
- Supervise direct reports and make hiring/termination decisions
- Perform additional duties as directed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and at least three years of supervisor experience in a law firm environment
- Corporate paralegal experience required
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor
- PC skills and ability to travel to other office locations

Salary:
- Minimum: $109,599
- Maximum: $166,996
