H2: What You Will Do:
- Develop and implement strategic vision for IT Training team
- Manage IT training projects within scope and budget constraints
- Design, develop, and implement IT training content using various delivery methods/platforms
- Utilize AI tools to enhance and personalize training experiences
- Promote emerging technologies to benefit the firm and its users
- Coordinate creation, review, and maintenance of software documentation
- Recruit, develop, coach, and manage IT Training team
- Build strong relationships with internal clients to align IT services with organizational goals
- Analyze user data to identify training needs and recommend solutions
- Engage with legal training community to stay informed about emerging technologies and trends
- Partner with IT senior leadership to develop and deliver firm-wide and office-specific communications
H2: Who You Are:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of IT Training experience, with 3 years in a role with people management responsibilities
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles; IT certifications highly desirable
- Knowledge of AI concepts and tools
- Experience with PC and LAN systems, as well as Microsoft Office
- Proficient in Technical Training within a law firm or professional services environment
- Skilled in project management and coordinating with other departments/organizations
- Effective in working within a team environment and presenting information to various levels
- Strong organization and analytical skills
- Proficient in vendor coordination and management
- Competent in reading, analyzing, and interpreting business and technical materials
- Adaptable to changing priorities and able to meet deadlines under pressure
- Capable of exercising initiative and making decisions within assigned authority
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to travel 10-15% overnight

- Boston: $100,700 - $151,100
- Los Angeles: $105,800 - $158,700
- New York: $105,800 - $158,700
- Philadelphia: $94,700 - $142,000
- San Francisco: $112,800 - $169,200
- Santa Monica: $105,800 - $158,700
- Silicon Valley: $112,800 - $169,200
- Washington DC: $100,700 - $151,100
