Paralegal The candidate's responsibilities will include supporting 3-4 attorneys with discovery drafting, medical record summaries/chronologies, case evaluation/facilitation summaries, motion writing, legal research, and trial preparation. Undergraduate degree and/or paralegal certificate is preferred. Should have 3-7 years of No Fault and civil litigation experience, preferably Insurance Defense or Personal Injury Experience. Background of managing a high volume litigation docket, including, drafting written discovery for 1st and 3rd party litigation, reviewing medical records, writing and preparing case evaluation/facilitation summaries, and drafting motions. Familiarity with Court Rules and Procedures are needed. Strong software/technical skills specifically Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat is needed. Experience working in an electronic/digital environment is essential.
