Job Responsibilities:

- Demonstrating superior written and oral communication skills
- Working independently while being diligent and detail-oriented
- Collaborating with team members on various real estate projects
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in real estate financing
- Providing legal advice and solutions for commercial real estate financing deals

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:

- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree is required
- Admission to the District of Columbia bar is mandatory
- 1-4 years of experience as a real estate associate, with a focus on commercial real estate financing
- Excellent academic credentials
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate superior communication skills

Salary Information:
The base compensation for the Real Estate Associate position is between $190,000 to $210,000 per year. This pay range is provided in compliance with state, city, or local employment laws and applies specifically to the Washington, DC location. Actual pay will be determined based on various factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, current market data, and business needs.
