- 4+ years of experience in employment litigation, with class action and PAGA experience preferred
- California licensed with strong academic credentials
- Pay range: $130,000-195,000 per year (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

- Take depositions, interview witnesses, write motions, and analyze employment law matters
- Stay ahead of evolving employment laws and independently handle employment cases
- Structure discovery plans, take and defend depositions, manage document-intensive cases, and prepare for trial
- Embrace a strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork

Salary Information:

- Pay range: $130,000-195,000 per year (depending on experience)
- In compliance with SB1162, California’s pay transparency law
- Actual pay may vary based on factors such as education and applicable experience

Requirements:

- California licensed with 4+ years of experience in employment litigation
- Class action and PAGA experience preferred
- Strong academic background and ambition to create an extraordinary career
