Job Title: Fiduciary Tax Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Support tax operations by assisting with daily trust tax activities and filings.
- Manage payments, including processing IRA/NRA withholding, estimated payments, and tax filings with the IRS and other authorities.
- Review and coordinate tax documents by validating vendor-prepared documents and collaborating with internal and external partners.
- Serve as a point of contact for tax-related questions across teams and with outside agencies.
- Manage travel logistics, expense reports, and assist in training less experienced staff.

Education and Experience Information:
- Educational background requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. A CPA, EA, JD, or master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience of 2–5 years in tax, trust, or financial services roles is required.
- Candidates should be detail-focused with strong attention to accuracy and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, EFTPS, and systems like SEI SWP or OneSource Trust Tax Insight is necessary.
- A team-oriented approach with strong communication and collaborative skills is essential.

Salary Information:
- The expected salary range for this role is $75,000 - $88,000 for the Boston, MA market, based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position.
- The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which may include a discretionary bonus component.
