Responsibilities:

- Handle significant broad-based commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
- First-chair smaller transactions and second-chair larger transactions as a Midlevel Associate.
- Run deals independently as a Senior Associate.
- Draft and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Motivate and collaborate with team members.

Requirements:

- 4-8 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate.
- Joint venture experience is a plus.
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Highly motivated and able to work well with colleagues and clients.
- Admitted to the bar (or eligible for admission) in Washington, DC.

Salary Information:

- Good faith base salary range: $245,000-$365,000 per year.
- Actual salary rate offered will depend on factors such as experience, education, and qualifications.
- Comprehensive bonus system with opportunities for productivity, business generation, and merit-based bonuses ranging from $10,000-$200,000+.
