Job Title: Family Law Paralegal

Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our team. As a Paralegal, you will provide essential support to our attorneys and assist with a variety of legal tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong background in Family Law and a passion for helping clients through difficult legal situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research to support legal proceedings
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Investigate facts and gather evidence to assist with the negotiation of legal disputes
• Communicate with clients and opposing parties to provide updates and gather information
• Monitor and ensure compliance with state and local rules and regulations
• Record and store client information in a secure and organized manner

Qualifications:

• Paralegal Certificate required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Family Law
• Familiarity with legal research methods and resources
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines

Salary Information:

This is a salaried position with a salary range of $65,000 – $90,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement options.
