General Liability Partner

Job Responsibilities:
The General Liability Partner will be responsible for leading and expanding the general liability practice within the law firm. This role involves building and growing a team of attorneys, working closely with the Chair of General Liability, and managing client relationships to expand the client base. The Partner will also be responsible for delivering high-quality legal services, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and contributing to the overall success and profitability of the practice. The role requires a proactive approach to business development and the ability to leverage the firm's resources, including the in-house Business Development/Marketing team and Talent Acquisition team, to support the growth of the practice.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the General Liability Partner position must possess at least 10 years of experience in general liability law. The candidate must demonstrate a strong track record of performance in this area and have the ability to lead and grow a team. An entrepreneurial spirit and drive are essential qualities for this role. The candidate should also have a proven ability to manage client relationships and contribute to the development of the practice.

Salary Information:
The position offers a competitive salary with a yearly bonus. Additionally, this is a profit-sharing partner position, providing an opportunity for financial growth based on the success of the practice.
