Bilingual Junior Paralegal (English/Spanish)
Job Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Ensure new client accounts are processed and finalized within a 24-hour timeframe to guarantee a smooth and welcoming start.
- Document Collection: Efficiently secure all necessary documentation from clients within two weeks.
- File Creation & Management: Create and organize client files using Filevine, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Records Management: Coordinate and manage external records requests to ensure timely acquisition of crucial documentation.
- Client Correspondence: Handle client communication efficiently and securely, adhering to established mailing protocols.
- Case Assembly: Assemble physical case packets, complete final checklists, and ensure cases are mailed promptly.
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule and prepare clients for consular appointments, providing them with necessary information and support.
- Research: Conduct necessary research to support case preparation and strengthen case outcomes.
- Process Adherence: Follow all documented processes to contribute to a streamlined and organized workflow.
