Job Title: Manager - Private Client Services

Job Responsibilities:
Managers in the Private Client Services (PCS) practice at the company are responsible for overseeing multiple engagement teams that cater to a diverse range of sophisticated clients. These clients may include some of the wealthiest families in the United States, family offices, owner-operated business entities, alternative investment fund principals, trusts, and estates. Specific responsibilities include:

- Engaging in business development activities such as preparing proposals, presenting in webinars, and collaborating with other service lines to deliver a comprehensive tax strategy to prospective and current clients.
- Maintaining communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, meeting deadlines, staying updated on legislative changes, and leading change effectively.
- Conducting primary and secondary reviews of complex tax returns, including federal and state filings.
- Drafting technical tax memoranda.
- Supervising, training, mentoring, and evaluating Interns, Associates, and Senior Associates.
- Receiving formal PCS and on-the-job training through daily interactions with top tax leaders to learn more about legislative changes, wealth transfer techniques, charitable giving strategies, buy/sell agreement planning, and more.

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in an accounting firm, with at least 3 years of experience in Private Client services.
- A Bachelor's and/or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- An advanced credential allowing for IRS client representation, such as a CPA or JD, is required.
- The candidate should be a self-starter with the initiative to seek out opportunities and the ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficient use of technology is necessary.

Salary Information:
The company offers competitive base compensation along with a benefits package and a discretionary employee bonus program for eligible employees. Bonuses are based on individual and firm performance metrics as per the defined program guidelines. Additional compensation may include annual discretionary bonuses and other forms of discretionary compensation that would be offered to the hired applicant in addition to their established salary range scale.
