Job Title: Manager - Life Sciences Compliance

Job Responsibilities:
The Manager - Life Sciences Compliance is tasked with leading efforts to identify and mitigate ethics and compliance-related risks associated with the delivery of projects in the Life Sciences sector. The role involves working closely with client service teams to ensure adherence to contractual terms, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Key responsibilities include:

- Leading day-to-day Ethics & Compliance (E&C) monitoring activities for Life Sciences projects, including compliance with contractual terms, regulatory requirements, documentation retention, and remediation plans.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and practices for managing ethics and compliance risks within Life Sciences projects.
- Leading strategic and operational initiatives to monitor project scope and deliverable reviews throughout the project lifecycle.
- Synthesizing data into insights for regular reporting on ethics and compliance matters related to Life Sciences projects.
- Providing guidance on E&C-related training and communications for client delivery teams, including the development of training content and reports on training adherence.
- Engaging in regionally focused initiatives to promote the firm’s integrity agenda and further the E&C program.
- Facilitating collaboration with cross-functional and senior stakeholder groups, including Legal and Risk departments, to ensure regulatory and E&C program-related obligations are met.
- Sustaining and evolving the E&C program and upholding the commitment to integrity and lawful practices.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's degree is required, with advanced degrees and/or applicable professional certifications (., Juris Doctor or CPA) preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the life sciences and/or healthcare industry is required, with a preference for candidates with a background in implementing holistic risk and legal/regulatory compliance programs.
- Working knowledge of US federal and state laws and regulations in life sciences and healthcare, including those related to fraud, waste, and abuse, is essential.
- The candidate should demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, possess outstanding written and oral communication skills in English, and have the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills are required, as well as the ability to foster a collaborative, respectful, and inclusive environment.

Salary Information:
For candidates in the United States and Canada, the estimated salary range for the Manager - Life Sciences Compliance role is between $159,200 and $212,100 USD or $153,000 and $203,000 CAD. This range reflects the best estimate at the time of posting, and actual salaries may vary based on factors such as office location, experience, skills, start date, and organizational needs. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonuses, subject to company discretion and based on individual and/or organizational performance.
