Job Title: Senior Manager, Mobility Consulting Services

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage client expectations and deliver services to expatriate employees of corporate clients.
- Oversee service delivery using company technology tools, maintaining alignment with standards set by service level agreements and business opportunities.
- Develop and review tax equalization and international assignment policies.
- Review compensation balance sheets, assignment cost projections, assignment agreements, and equalizations.
- Deliver tax technical training related to expatriate employees.
- Conduct client-specific global mobility training for staff.

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of seven years of recent experience in international Human Resources or international assignment compensation and payroll is required.
- Experience in conducting pre-departure orientation and repatriation meetings with clients is necessary.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
- Candidates must possess a licensed CPA, JD/LLM, Enrolled Agent, CPP, PHR, SPHR, GPHR, or other credentials approved by the company. If a candidate does not have any of the approved designations at the start of employment, they must obtain at least one within a year from the date of hire. - Candidates should be able to review balance sheets and cost projections.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- The ability to supervise and mentor staff is required.
